A prepaid slot is a slot genuinely held for you — it is blocked in our calendar the moment payment completes, and your consultant studies your details before you arrive. It also keeps the day free of no-shows, which is what lets us keep every session unhurried.
Tick "I'm not sure of the exact time" on the details step and book anyway. We apply birth-time rectification, or use Prashna (horary) methods that do not depend on it at all.
Choose your service, pick a convenient slot, share your details and pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Your slot is confirmed instantly on WhatsApp and email.
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Within 24 hours, one reschedule may be allowed at Sammsiddhi's discretion — message us on WhatsApp.
Reschedules are free 24+ hours before the slot. Failed payments are auto-refunded in 5–7 working days. No refunds after a consultation is delivered. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Yes. Birth details and personal information are stored securely, used only for your consultation, and never sold or shared. See the Privacy Policy.
Yes — video consultations serve clients worldwide. Slots are shown in IST; pick one that suits your timezone, or message us on WhatsApp to coordinate.
