Information we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile number, email and city — when you submit a form, book a consultation or message us.
- Birth details: date, time and place of birth — collected only when required for astrology, numerology or Astro-Vastu consultations.
- Property details: floor plans and addresses — for Vastu consultations only.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- Usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the website.
How we use it
- To conduct your consultation and prepare your analysis and remedies.
- To confirm bookings and send reminders on WhatsApp and email (with your consent).
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
- We never share your birth details, chart or consultation content with anyone.
- We never send marketing without an opt-out.
Payments & your card data
Online payments are collected by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs and net-banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure interface and are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on Sammsiddhi's systems. We store only your booking number, the payment reference IDs returned by Razorpay, the amount, and the payment status — which we need for confirmations, refunds and statutory accounting. Razorpay processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Who else we share data with
- Razorpay — to process payments and refunds (name, email, mobile, amount).
- Resend — to send booking confirmations, reminders and receipts by email.
- WhatsApp Business (Meta) — to send booking updates and reminders to the mobile number you provide.
- Hosting & database providers — to run this website securely.
These partners act as processors on our behalf and may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell or rent data to anyone.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Consultation records are retained so returning clients don't have to re-share details; you may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to sammsiddhi@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except where records must be retained by law (e.g., payment records).
Cookies & analytics
