Sammsiddhi consultations are prepaid, private appointments. Because each slot reserves the consultant's time exclusively for you, the following policy applies to all bookings made through this website or on WhatsApp.
Rescheduling
- 24 hours or more before your slot: reschedule free of charge, once, to any available future slot within 30 days.
- Less than 24 hours before your slot: no refund is payable; however, one reschedule may be allowed at Sammsiddhi's discretion. Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
- Missed appointments (no-show): treated as delivered. A goodwill reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds
- Failed or duplicate payments: automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days by Razorpay.
- Cancellation by Sammsiddhi: if we must cancel your slot and no alternative works for you, you receive a full refund within 5–7 working days.
- After a consultation is delivered: no refunds. Consultation fees pay for professional time and analysis, not for any particular outcome.
How to request a reschedule or refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91XXXXXXXXXX or email namaste@sammsiddhi.com with your booking number. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
